Golden Crown Whole Peeled Tomatoes

The tomato is kept in its original state and is simply blanched. Golden Crown Peeled Tomatoes are covered in tomato sauce. Only the ripest tomatoes become stewed tomatoes so there are no yellow or green parts. The stewed tomatoes have about as much water as pulp and can be cooked at high temperatures, like in ovens, or cooked for long periods.
